Der Ebereschenweg liegt im Ortsteil Neuhof der Stadt Zossen, ca. 60 km südlich von Berlin. Das Gebiet ist von Seen umgeben, der nächste See ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Hier hat eine Immobiliengesellschaft ein Areal mit neun Datschen erworben, die alle unter Denkmalschutz stehen. MAFEU Architekten wurde damit beauftragt das Areal in Grundstücke aufzuteilen, zu dem wurde eine Visualisierung erstellt, wie sich die momentan sehr baufälligen Grundstücke entwickeln könnten.
Ebereschenweg is located in the Neuhof district of Zossen, approx. 60 km south of Berlin. The area is surrounded by lakes, and the nearest lake can be reached on foot in five minutes. Here, a property company has acquired an area with nine dachas, all of which are listed as monumental protected buildings. MAFEU Architekten was commissioned to divide the area into plots and to create a visualisation of how the currently very dilapidated plots could be developed in the future.
